The Buon Vino Super Jet Filter is a motorized filter with self-priming pump made for the serious home vintner. This unit is capable of filtering 80 gallons of wine per hour. Most wine makers will start with the #1 Coarse filters, and then run their wine through the filter again using the #2 polishing filters to give the wine a crystal clear, brilliant finish. You can also use the filter as a pump by bypassing the filter pads on the unit.Note: The use of a pre-filter will help prevent large sediment from entering the pump and burning out the motor which would void the warranty.
